WAirClaims assists airline passengers in obtaining the compensation they are entitled to following a flight disruption. This includes claims for delays, cancellations, denied boarding, downgrades, ticket refunds, and any extra expenses resulting from the disruption.
By submitting your claim through our service, we handle all communication with the airline and take the necessary steps to ensure you receive your compensation.
If the airline refuses to pay what you're owed, we can also initiate legal action on your behalf.
Our team consists of legal experts, transport specialists, and technology professionals with deep knowledge of the aviation industry, enabling us to effectively enforce passenger rights. We analyze relevant laws, air traffic patterns, and weather data to craft personalized, robust compensation claims. While we handle all the heavy lifting, you can sit back and relax. We only get paid if we successfully secure your compensation.
We operate on a "no-win, no-fee" model, meaning you won’t be paying unless we successfully claim compensation on your behalf. Our fee is 15% (including VAT) of the total compensation secured.
In case of delay, cancellation or denied boarding, you may be entitled to receive, depending on the distance of the flight:
• EUR 250 – for all flights that are 1,500 km or less
• EUR 400 – for all ECAA flights of more than 1,500 km, and for all other flights between 1,500 and 3,500 km
• EUR 600 – for all other flights with a distance of more than 3,500 km
If your flight has been cancelled, delayed, you were denied boarding, or downgraded to a lower class than you paid for, you may be eligible for financial compensation if:
• You departed from an airport in one of the 28 EU Member States (including territories like Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion Island, Mayotte, Saint-Martin, the Azores, Madeira, and the Canary Islands) or in countries such as Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, and Switzerland.
• You landed in one of the aforementioned countries on a flight operated by an airline registered in one of these nations.
Additionally, you may be entitled to a refund for your flight and reimbursement for any expenses caused by the disruption.
My business flight to London was cancelled at the last minute, which costed me a lot of nerves and money. I wanted to check if I could get a compensation, that's why I reached out to WAirClaims. And everything went really smooth: I got my money back in a month.
When I failed to claim my compensation directly with WizzAir, WAirClaim came in and saved me a lot of time and stress. I finally was able to get 1200 EUR compensation for all my family. If I knew that it was this easy, I would have applied sooner. I am very satisfied with the results.
The guys behind this are modest. I loved the way they worked and their professionalism, not to mention the competitive fee of 15%, which I think no other claim company offers.
This is definitely the to-go place for flight compensations. Why would you want to pay 35%?
